What Your Back Pain is Telling You? Louise Hay Explanes

Stress is well known by its direct negative impact on a general health. When stress you tend to tense your muscles especially those of upper back, shoulders, and neck. As a result you may suffer from tension headaches.

According to Louise Hay, author of Heal Your Body, physical pain can have a direct relationship with emotional pain. She tells us:

1.Lower back pain can signify a fear of money or lack of financial support.
2.Middle back pain is often symptomatic of feelings of guilt, being stuck, or pressured and wishing they could tell someone to 'get off of my back.'
3.Upper back pain often indicates lack of emotional support, feeling unloved, and/or holding back love.
